In the times when I’m back in town and not travelling, I still love to share my passion, so please do join me on one of the below workshops or Webinars. During the course of the year, I offer a complete range of photography workshops, training sessions and on demand webinars. Whether you are a beginner or someone more experienced, these workshops and webinars will help you and give you the tools to take your own photographic journey to the next level!
I believe in small group dynamics, making for a more personalised learning environment , but also focus on individual needs in my one on one training sessions. Workshops typically run on a Saturday morning from 8:30 - 12:30
Birds In Flight & Post Processing Workshop
This workshop will be held at the Dullstroom Birds of Prey Center where we will have our own private practical photography session, here we will have opportunity to photograph many different types of birds of prey, from owls to eagles. I will be on hand to assist with settings, auto focus modes and adjustments and to help with any other obstacles or challenges you may be experiencing. Once finished at the Birds of Prey centre at around 10:00 we’ll head onto a conference venue where we will begin the post processing stage of the workshop using Lightroom Classic. During the processing workshop i will show you some tips and offer advice on post processing methods that i have used in my own processing over the years, this will give you a solid formula and structure for your post processing going forward. After the workshop at around 13:00 we will break for lunch (Included) after lunch we will all head on home.
Included: Birds in flight workshop, entrance at Dullstroom birds of prey centre, lunch, post processing workshop, teas & coffees on arrival at conference venue.
Not included: Anything else not mentioned above.
What you will need: Camera, lens up to 300-400mm can be fixed or Zoom (70-200 is recommended), Laptop, Lightroom (preferably Classic version) Card reader or device for downloading images, external hard drive for images if your laptop hard drive does not have sufficient space.

High Key Images

One on one training is ideal for all levels of photographers no matter what your needs may be, or your skill level, it focuses on working to your specific requirements and learning needs, to ensure that you are able to get the most out of what you are being taught, basically it is a tailor made workshop to suit you. One on one training is ideal for those who can’t make one of my scheduled workshops or webinars, or simply feel that they would benefit more from a private one on one session which is run at your own pace, more personalised and flexible. These can be run face to face or online via Zoom
